- 186P 3048cc Engine number 175644
- 3 speed manual
- Chassis Number 707983
- First Registered 14th August 1969 in Upper Hutt.
- The previous owner purchased it 7th March 1973. And worked with the salvation army helping and looking after youth, so the car has travelled to almost every small town and city in New Zealand and has carried more kids than most school buses, also was used to carry his own family on many trips away, And owned the car 48 years until he passed his licence in at 91 years of age passed away at 92 at his home in Hawkes bay, his family gave him his last ride in the back of his to his final resting spot.
- On collecting the car, I found in the glove box Kodak film containers with lights bulbs in for ever bulb in the car, under the back seat a water pump, spark plugs and leads, under the bonnet jumper leads water bottle, and brake fluid, in the boot a tool kit that would put a mechanic to rest with what it had on offer to fix what ever needed doing. Under the front seat was a chain covered with a cloth cover and padlock ???? what’s this for. To lock the steering wheel so no one could pinch the car who would have thought of that, A true kiwi driver and driver car.
- Its had both front mud guards repaired and painted at some stage, the back right hand guard was backed into many years ago and was repaired by the insurance company.
- The front seat was swapped with another one due the the outer drivers edge tearing. and the original seat was kept and is included in the sale.
- There is a small patch of paint bubbles in the right hand rear door
- Car has always been garaged

An independent pre-purchase inspection is available on request — a qualified third party reports on the vehicle's condition. For a car already in New Zealand it's carried out before you pay the balance; for one still arriving, once it lands.
Once the car is secured, we handle export documentation, pre-customs cleaning and freight from New Zealand to your local port. From there your own customs broker clears it and handles your country's compliance and registration.
